Sporting will complain by West Ham to FIFA

The Portuguese Sporting is planning to complain to FIFA by West Ham because of improper contacts by the English team with the midfielder Carvalho, reports `Sky Sports`.

He was one of the objectives of the Hammers in the summer, but the deal has not been reached.
