Arsenal broke an anti-record
The meeting of the third round of the League Cup between Arsenal and Doncaster broke an anti-record in terms of attendance at the stadium Emirates since its opening in the year 2006.
That game was attended by only 44 064 spectators, despite the reduced ticket prices, which is the worst home game for the Londoners at this stadium.
The previous anti-record was established also in the League Cup match against Shrewsburry during the 2011 year. Then the meeting was attended by 46 539 people.
