The FA obliges clubs to integrate minorities

A new rule is about to revolutionize English football. The Football Association (FA) plans to introduce a new rule that all clubs will be required to have at least one minority representative in the coaching staffs or the so-called BAME (black, Asian, minority ethnic). Currently only 8 out of 92 professional football clubs advised by live football have minority representatives, which makes 22 out of 482 specialists, the Times writes. The FA has already turned to England`s breeder Garrett Southgate with a proposal to add a minority representative to his headquarters, but he kindly dismissed the idea on the grounds that it is not the time to make changes three months before the World Cup. Southgate has been offered Southend United coach Chris Powell. The England coachman has not ruled out the possibility of joining the initiative in the future.
